We do not collect personal data from commercial clients or private individuals, only contact details for delivering a service and invoicing purposes.

We use the information that you have given us to process the images ordered or chosen.

Photos or videos taken of clients or clients’ employees will not be processed beyond the clients’ requirements.

 

If we are given people’s data from a third party, we would delete any hard or soft copies securely.

 

We will not share people’s information with anyone.

 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
- Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by email us.
- We have a legal obligation.
- We have a contractual obligation.
- We have a vital interest.

 

Contact details are stored in our email box and mobile phones only. No personal data is stored in the processing software.

 

We would only retain people’s information for the duration of the contract. Any photos or videos taken will be deleted securely 30 days after being delivered and paid for, unless requested otherwise.

 

We may retain some images of our choice for our own marketing purposes such as our website, our portfolio or our social media platforms.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to
ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in
certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
